Show and tell¶

It looks like you made something. Don't just sit there; show it.

The Show and tell category in GitHub Discussions is for:

  • screenshots or clips of Clippy Pet in your ChatGPT desktop app or terminal (bonus points for a fitting failed moment),
  • recolours and costumes built from the source frames,
  • pets that aren't paperclips at all, built with the same pipeline,
  • packaging wins ("it's in my distro's repo now").

Include a GIF or PNG if you can, and note the surface (desktop app / Codex CLI / web) and OS. There's no gallery curation, no voting, no "featured" bar; it's a thread of people enjoying a small thing. If a post is a Clippy Pet improvement you'd like merged, follow up with the variant template.

Reusing the previews elsewhere¶

The animated GIFs on this site are MIT-licensed project files (qa/previews/). Embed them in READMEs, blog posts, and chat; please keep the "unofficial, not affiliated with Microsoft" note nearby if the context might otherwise imply otherwise.
